Almost on every Saturday in autumn and winter, two Cordon Bleu chefs give cooking classes at this lovely hotel. They prepare a first and second course, as well as a desert, showing their pupils all the tricks and techniques for the dishes prepared, which are eaten afterwards for dinner.
