Bar-restaurant over the public swimming pool of Valverde de la Vera with lovely views of the village and the country side. Run by Pedro, whose is originally from La Vera but spent 8 years in London, where he discovered his love for ethnic food and cooking, they serve delicious homemade fusion dishes cooked with produce from local ecological farms. With long opening hours, from breakfast till into the small hours in summer, Bar Verde brings a slice of a cosmopolitan cuisine and atmosphere to La Vera.
