In 1978 Garganta la Olla is declared a protected heritage site thanks to the excellent state of conservation of its traditional architecture and its noble mansions. The surrounding landscape is inviting for strolls through the pretty streets and the mountains. We recommend you visit the La Huerta quarter, and the Casa de Postas, which used to be an inn for travelers.
